Where do you ship ?

Reflection Art Studio ships products anywhere in the world. Please expect delays with international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please check the tracking number provided with your order. Updates regarding your order are given in coordination with the email address provided at the time of your order.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your charge card will be charged within 24 hours after an order is placed.

 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns at this time.

My product was lost in the mail, what do I do?

Each order includes a tracking number, however if your product cannot be located after an extended period of time, please contact us.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact the shipping agent provided with your tracking order first.  We urge you to file a claim for any damage or loss from you shipment as soon as possible.
